Updated: Shortly after posting the below review, the company contacted me & were able to swing a return to FE, fix & re-delivery to me within 3 working days - absolutely incredible customer service.The glasses are now perfectly glazed - huge thanks to Elliott B for getting in touch & facilitating this resolution, highly appreciated.---------Ordered some prescription OP glasses, seemed like a good deal.Waited for nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive (chased with Support team, who were pretty good with communication).Eventually arrived but the prescription was a bit wonky, had them checked at a high street optician to find out the lenses had been made the wrong way (R eye pres made for the L lens). So if I wore them upside down, I'd be golden!They issued a refund for the lens package instantaneously, instead of sending them back to be fixed.
Accepted lengthy delivery process, but expect refunds to be timely. Six weeks after returning item, given various reasons, had to contact card company to raise a chargeback and obtain the refund.

I ordered several times my and my family's prescription glasses from this online shop. The prices were good and the delivery was fast. Recently I ordered again. As usual after I chose the frame when I am adding the lenses the site asks for the prescription details what I can enter manually. I take full responsibility. I pay and the order goes through. This time either I missed adding a detail or the site did not capture my manual entry I donno. But I noticed the missing detail and before they have processed the order I emailed them and also I went on the site chat to talk to the customer service. Then it went all wrong. They insisted not to accept my request unless I give them an official doctor issued prescription. I told them there is none. I do regular checkups but in the UAE where I live everything is electronic and my last prescription was sent from the hospital to the optician system from where they have printed me a prescription card with my prescription details and my name and the optician's name and a date. I have sent them that. But the customer service did not want to understand this neither that I can buy whatever glasses I want...They have kept emphasizing on their terms and conditions which btw does not show anything about that it is mandatory to provide official prescription only saying that I have to give them accurate details, which I did. Also they were saying it is UK regulation which I do not fall under as international customer. Besides this if this is so important, why the webshop is processing my order without no problem and taking the money with manually entered details? Why if this was missing nobody from the team contacted me for almost 2 weeks or issued a refund? If this is the regulation, why the terms and conditions are not stating this requirement? How can a non compliant webshop operate in the UK? Or how can the customer service operate with this serious overstepping of their authority? What kind of consumer rights are in favor here? For sure they have lost a good customer now!!!

I just received my new versace sunglasses from fashion eyewear,I love it as described,with the versace certificate, I will give 5stars to fashion eyewear and I recommend them and I will definitely shop again with them.
I bought some DB sunglasses from Fashion Eyewear. They were the cheapest of the market, and they offered a discount code ontop too! Arrived a few days later and I was super pleased with them.Would recommend to anyone.
